5 ways to overcome loneliness

People said that loneliness can kill. Someone could have a lot of friends and family, but deep inside she still felt alone. The reason, because they feel misunderstood, not heard, or feel different from others. The more one reflects happiness, a sense of loneliness is even more whack. 1) Keep yourself busy

One of the easiest ways to reduce loneliness is to keep yourself busy. Caring for others, whether it's with caring for children or nephews, keep animals, or teaching, will keep you busy so that it can alleviate the loneliness. You can also offer themselves as volunteers in the neighborhood a place of worship, special schools, shelters, foundations, and others. If you love to write, why not try to create a blog?


2) Involved with the community

Create a goal, because it has a purpose and a feeling that you are involved in a particular community will not make your own. Find out the activities that will involve you into the community. Read newspapers and magazines as often as possible, to look for music concerts, cultural exhibitions, and seminars of interest to attend. There are many ways to get involved with a particular community, which lets you get new friends.


3) Working harder so easily fall asleep

One of the most common indicators of loneliness is a disturbance in sleep. You need more time to sleep, woke up repeatedly, and feeling sleepy during the day. Lack of sleep, with any cause, can decrease mood, making it easier to get sick, and spend energy. So, this problem needs to be addressed immediately.


4)  Know what's missing in your life

According to the White experience, making lots of plans with his friends did not relieve his loneliness. "What I want is a quiet presence of someone else," he said. He longed to have someone accompany him move in the house. The more you understand what you do not have, the more solutions that you can find.


5) Make a commitment to interact with others

Negative emotions such as loneliness, jealousy, and guilt, plays an important role in getting a happy life. These emotions is an important sign that something must be changed. Pain of loneliness should urge you to immediately connect with others. Unfortunately, the loneliness itself can make us feel negative, critical, and judgmental. If you realize that the sense of loneliness that affects you in that way, take steps to fix it.
